My name is Carlo Pignataro and I’m best known as “The Luxury Coach.”
“I’ve spent over 15 years in the international luxury industry, working in managerial roles with Gucci, Damiani, TJF Group, and Al Tayer Group and serving clients as a consultant and trainer all over the world.”

I’ve shared my extensive research into perceived value and teach the methodologies, ideas, and best practises that the most prestigious brands use to thrive and build a culture of extraordinary client experience.

Client experience, in luxury, is a journey of physical immersion, intellectual stimulation, and emotional engagement.

My job as a “luxury coach” is to create awareness of the fact that elegance, style and luxury are not abstract and superficial concepts, but rather qualities that can elevate perception, and strengthen the relationship between a business, and its clientele.

As French philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre said:

“Elegance is that behavioral quality that transforms a person’s highest essence into appearance.”
